MeBack Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of the MeBack iOS application (the “App”). Please read them carefully before using MeBack.

By downloading, accessing, or using MeBack, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. What MeBack does

MeBack is a personal tracking and educational app designed to help users organize information related to their GLP-1 journey. Depending on the version you use, the App may let you record medication schedules, injections, weight, nutrition, water intake, symptoms, side effects, goals, and other wellness information. It may also provide reminders, trends, estimates, charts, and educational content.

MeBack is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

Features may change as the App evolves. The exact features available to you may depend on your device, operating system, country, and subscription plan.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to use MeBack.

By using the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that your use of MeBack is lawful in your country or region.

3. Important medical disclaimer

MeBack is a tracking and educational tool. It is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or emergency services.

Nothing in the App should be treated as a substitute for advice from a doctor, pharmacist, or other qualified healthcare professional. MeBack does not establish a doctor-patient relationship with you.

In particular:

• MeBack cannot determine whether a medication or dose is appropriate for you.
• MeBack does not verify prescriptions, injection schedules, nutritional targets, symptoms, or other information you enter.
• Medication-level estimates, progress projections, trends, scores, and similar calculations are approximations based on the information you provide and simplified models. They are not clinical measurements.
• Reminders may be delayed, suppressed, or missed because of device settings, operating-system behavior, battery restrictions, notification permissions, technical errors, or other factors. Do not rely on MeBack as your only reminder for medication or medical care.
